Question everything, including yourself, your thoughts and beliefs.
Mindset is paramount! What and how you and your clinician think can have more profound effects on your outcomes than the most advanced therapy techniques ever could!
Peaceful Warrior - speak up and stand up when necessary to protect and help my patients, family and friends!
No one out there is an authority on what you can and cannot achieve, no matter how many degrees they have or how convincing they sound!
A Few Facts About Me:
- I stuttered severely as a teenager and a young adult.
- I speak 2 other languages (Russian and Armenian).
- My most favorite job (along with being a clinician) has been teaching future clinicians!
- I have been blessed with 2 girls- my biggest gifts and teachers to date.
- Researching all things related to optimal physical, mental and emotional health is a big passion of mine.
- Gratitude- I am grateful for everything in life and I am especially grateful for the amazing souls I am privileged to meet.
